The town of Spumville wake one morning to find all their heads have turned into random objects! At a loss as to the cause, they proceed to bicker, fight and fall over in their search for the truth. Join our hero, Fish-Head Steve, and his dopey friend Cowboy, as they struggle to keep afloat amongst the sea of idiocy. I was fortunate enough to be a part of THE DFC, the weekly comic set up by David Fickling Books/Random House. Although it only ran for a year, The DFC proved itself to be an incredible collection of stories by some of the UK's leading illustrators and writers. And, to lower the tone, me. We all hope one day The DFC will return, it was unique and beautiful, and i made a lot of wonderful friends in the fellow artists involved. Fish-Head Steve, my main strip in the comic, became a favourite of mine partly because it's so whacked-out ridiculous, and I'm pleased to say there are *secret* plans for him in the future.
